General Manager
The General Manager will be the operational and cultural leader of Austin Sports Club. This person will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive financial performance, and build a high-caliber team that reflects the ethos of the brand. The GM will be responsible for establishing systems, developing staff, maintaining standards, and delivering an elevated yet welcoming atmosphere for every guest who steps through our doors.
Executive Sous Chef
The Executive Sous Chef is the culinary backbone of Austin Sports Club. This leader will support the Executive Chef in menu execution, team leadership, and kitchen operations while contributing to a culinary identity rooted in elevated comfort, global influence, bold flavors, and sports-driven storytelling. The Executive Sous Chef will serve as a teacher, technician, coach, and collaborator—ensuring flawless service, exceptional food quality, and a kitchen culture defined by discipline and pride.
The Sous Chef plays a vital leadership role in the culinary operations of Austin Sports Club. This position supports both the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in running the kitchen, leading the line, maintaining consistency, and ensuring our food reflects the quality and vision of the brand. The Sous Chef will serve as a hands-on leader who upholds standards, delivers exceptional execution, and contributes to a kitchen culture defined by discipline, camaraderie, and pride.
