Sous Chef
The Sous Chef plays a vital leadership role in the culinary operations of Austin Sports Club. This position supports both the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in running the kitchen, leading the line, maintaining consistency, and ensuring our food reflects the quality and vision of the brand. The Sous Chef will serve as a hands-on leader who upholds standards, delivers exceptional execution, and contributes to a kitchen culture defined by discipline, camaraderie, and pride.
Prep Cook
Austin Sports Club is a hospitality concept rooted in excellence, discipline, and hospitality at the highest level. Our kitchen is built around consistency, preparation, and teamwork. We re looking for a Prep Cook who takes pride in their work and understands that great service starts long before the first ticket fires.
Executive Sous Chef
The Executive Sous Chef is the culinary backbone of Austin Sports Club. This leader will support the Executive Chef in menu execution, team leadership, and kitchen operations while contributing to a culinary identity rooted in elevated comfort, global influence, bold flavors, and sports-driven storytelling. The Executive Sous Chef will serve as a teacher, technician, coach, and collaborator-ensuring flawless service, exceptional food quality, and a kitchen culture defined by discipline and pride.
Pastry Cook
The Pastry Cook is responsible for executing assigned pastry and dessert production duties with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism. This position follows established recipes and systems, maintains product quality, and supports smooth pastry operations during prep and service periods.
Line Cook
The Line Cook is responsible for executing assigned station duties with consistency, efficiency, and professionalism. This position maintains food quality, follows established systems, and contributes to smooth kitchen operations during all shifts.
